Issue with SKUs not reflecting in order data for products bought on our landing pages

We’re having an issue with products purchased on our landing pages, where the SKU is not passing back to the order data. screenshots attached:

  • one has SKUs showing below product names (this is a normal site order)
  • one does not have SKU showing below product name (this is a landing page order)

this causes some issues for our fulfilment team as we have virtual product bundles set up that require the SKU to be listed. is there anyway to solve this?


It sounds like maybe you’re passing along the SKU as a line-item on the product page, and on the landing page the SKU is not getting passed along. Should be doable with a bit of custom HTML, but I’d recommend opening a support request so we can help out!
