We’re having an issue with products purchased on our landing pages, where the SKU is not passing back to the order data. screenshots attached:
- one has SKUs showing below product names (this is a normal site order)
- one does not have SKU showing below product name (this is a landing page order)
this causes some issues for our fulfilment team as we have virtual product bundles set up that require the SKU to be listed. is there anyway to solve this?
